Metal I.D. Plate All Permanently attached to the tank or its supporting structure on the left or right (can be either depending on year of construction) side near the front  
Stamping on I.D. Plate All The identification plate must be stamped with either: TC331

(V) External Visual Inspection (M1) All Once per year (Three years from the last test But no later than Aug 15, 2003)  
(K) Leakage Test (M1) All Once per year (First test no later than Aug 15, 2003)  
(I) Internal Visual Inspection (M5) All Once every 5 Years (First test no later than Aug 15, 2003 if never performed in accordance to Standard- contact registered facility who performed last pressure test - M5 inspection)  
(P) Pressure Test (M5) All Once every 5 Years

All tank inlets and outlets, except safety relief valves, shall be marked to designate whether they communicate with vapor or liquid when the tank is filled to the maximum permitted filling density. For example: a spray fill connection is considered a vapor valve because it communicates with the vapor space of the tank.
