$ 10,000,000 Military Contract
Awarded to Robica Forman Tank Ltd.

Public Works and Services Canada announced April 25, 2001, that Robica Forman   Tank Ltd.,  St.Marys, Ontario is the successful bidder for the supply of 88 fuel delivery tanker trucks.

The two year contract entails the manufacture of tankers for the Department of National Defense to be utilized by DND bases across Canada.

The six wheel drive 7,000 L re-fueler tankers will service a variety of Military Equipment   at bases in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Alberta.

The $10,000,000 military contract has created about 12 to 15 jobs along with additional  capital expenditures on production machinery.

UPDATE - Delivery of First Unit - October 2001

The first unit was delivered to the Department of National Defence on time in October 2001.
